Return Policy


In order to keep the cost of shipping down and pass that savings on to you, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.   We believe in the quality of our products and manufacturers.  In the event you receive a defective product, we will ship out a replacement product at our cost.  There may be cases where a replacement product is not available, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the item cost + shipping.  We require all defective products to be sent back to us in order to honour an exchange.  Please contact us so we can make arrangements to pay for the shipping.  

We make every effort to prevent the shipment of defective merchandise.  All of our items are inspected upon receipt into our facility and again before shipping. However, unforeseen circumstances do occur occasionally during shipping.

The good news is that if you change your mind about your purchase all of our products make great gifts!

If you come across an issue, we ask that you email us within 2 days of receiving your order.
